Applicant Consent & Declarations

Every applicant must confirm the consents and declarations below before Talent Academy India (operated by Kaaldnach Pvt Ltd) can process an audition application or an Academy interest registration. The consent checkboxes within each form record your informed consent in writing before your details are processed.

Contact Consent

You grant Talent Academy India permission to contact you via the phone number and email address you provided only in connection with your application — application status, interview or audition schedules, and results.

Communications Consent

Separately, you may also give us permission to send you promotional and informational communications — updates about upcoming auditions, Academy and dance classes, workshops, events and career opportunities. This consent is optional, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Minor & Parental Consent Declaration

By submitting you confirm the age you provided is accurate. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age in India, or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has been informed of this application and consents to you providing your personal information and to our collection and processing of that information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Minors must also submit a signed COPPA Parental Consent Form.

Applications from minors without a valid parental consent form will not be processed.

Agency Affiliation Disclosure

You declare that you are not currently under an exclusive contract with, or affiliated with, any other entertainment, management or talent agency, or that you have disclosed any existing arrangement transparently within your application. Acceptance of Legal Terms & Conditions

By submitting the application you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Consent & Contact Policy, Children's Privacy Notice and Disclaimer. Your checked consent boxes and electronic submission together act as your electronic signature on these policies.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw any of the consents listed above at any time by emailing talentacademyindia@outlook.com. Please note that withdrawing a consent box marked as required will result in the cancellation of your pending application and the stop of further processing of your personal data.
